Our valued sponsors help support the WordPress open source project by donating to WordCamp Vienna. Without them this event simply would not be possible. We are grateful to yelster digital for providing us with their support!

Yelster digital provides business solutions to the SoLocal Group. With more than 100 000 websites, the group is the largest web agency in France. SoLocal Group also ranks #1 in Europe for digital local communication. Through major brands and partnerships with global Internet players (Apple, Google, Facebook…), SoLocal Group manages the local presence on the Internet and the local communication of 490 000 businesses, but also creates rich and pertinent digital business content for its customers that is in tune with the targeted consumers.

Part of this success story is thanks to the Site Privilège project, a yelster digital initiative to bring premium websites at an affordable cost to small and medium businesses all over France. Started two years ago, this project is a great success and currently provides an online presence for close to 5 000 customers.

To make this possible, we turned to WordPress for its familiarity and solidness. So many websites in so little time has given yelster digital some interesting scaling challenges to overcome. The lead developer for the Sites Privilèges project, Tom Macdonald, will be present at WordCamp Vienna 2017 to talk about some of these challenges, and how they were solved, managed, or worked around.

yelster digital is always looking for new talents: junior and senior developers (Python, PHP), project managers, support specialists. If you are interested in joining our team, reach out to us at hr-vienna@yelsterdigital.com.
